Well, 2 weeks ago I would not have predicted banana bread in my future. Because you know, carbs, & time, & my husband’s dislike of old banana smells (you have to wait until they’re overripe! We know this).

But apparently 2 weeks at home and I’m making banana bread, to preserve the bananas (and strawberries) because when are we going to go out for fresh bananas again? Hard to say.
